Example: you ask Claude to turn call notes into a requirements proposal for Acme. Claude drafts the page through Lexill and replies with a private review link. The draft waits for you; only you can publish it to the client.

    Give Claude the input

    In Claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Claude Code, share your call notes, a brief or a transcript, and say which client it's for.

  2. Step 2Claude

    Claude drafts the page

    Through the Lexill MCP server, Claude writes a draft page into that client's collection and hands you a private review link.

  3. Step 3You

    You review and revise

    Read it exactly as your client will. Edit it yourself or ask Claude for changes. Every change is saved as a new version.

  4. Step 4You client

    You publish it

    Press Publish. Your client signs in with a one-time email link, reads the page and comments on it.

Claude stops at step 2. The AI can draft and revise, but it can never publish. Only you can.

Feedback lives on the page, not in your inbox.

Clients comment right on the page. You reply in the same thread, and you get an email for every new comment. As the work goes on, Claude adds the next proposal, the requirements and your notes to the same collection, so your client always finds the latest version in one place.

Before you connect Claude

Do my clients need an account?
No. Your client signs in with a one-time link emailed to the address you invited. There’s no sign-up or app to install, and one sign-in opens everything you’ve shared with them.
Can Claude publish without me?
No. Claude can create and revise drafts through the Lexill MCP server, but only you can publish a page to your client. A stale edit is refused, never silently overwritten.
Which Claude apps work with it?
Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, through one remote MCP server. The setup docs walk through each one.
Where is my data stored?
In Singapore, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your content, or your clients’ data, to train AI models. The privacy policy has the details.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Lexill is free to use, with one client collection and a private sandbox, and you don’t need a card to sign up.
